ANDREA PATIN

Andrea Patin is the office assistant for Commercial Industrial Properties.  After starting her career in the arts and education, Andrea began working as an office admin in commercial real estate in 2012, and quickly became a valuable team member.

Andrea enjoys learning about the numerous factors that influence how commercial real estate decisions are made.  She is excited for the opportunity to learn from the experienced agents of CIP and gain further insight into the many components of real estate that help shape the city of Austin.

Andrea moved to Austin in 2003 after growing up in Houston and southwest Louisiana.  She attended the University of Texas and received a BFA in Studio Art.  In her spare time Andrea enjoys photography, pottery, and exploring the outdoors with her husband.
