EVAN BOLE, CCIM

Evan Bole, an Austin native, is an Associate at Commercial Industrial Properties (CIP). Evan adds client value with expertise in site selection, acquisition, leasing, and disposition with over $20 million in transaction volume. His list of clients includes names such as Circle K, Austin Pets Alive! Thrift, Datacom Design Group, So Fly Social, Trident Motor Sports, Urban Genesis and numerous property owners, businesses, and investors.  

Having earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2023, Evan serves as Program Chair for CCIM Central Texas. This designation and leadership role further his in-depth understanding of commercial investment real estate and his commitment to professional expertise. Evan is also an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR), and The CCIM Institute. Membership in these organizations provides him with an expansive network and access to resources.  

Evan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from Texas A&M University, adding academic rigor to his professional credentials. Outside of his career, Evan enjoys a range of hobbies. He is particularly fond of outdoor activities, cooking, reading, athletics, and spending quality time at his ranch in Central Texas.
