DANIEL STEIN

Daniel Stein, currently serving as an Associate at CIP, exemplifies a strong work ethic, combining tenacity and effective communication to excel in client interactions. This skill set is enriched by a decade of executive sales experience.  His journey in the industry began with tackling complex environmental challenges, where he notably improved workspaces and financial outcomes for

industrial clients through advanced air purification systems.

Daniel’s career trajectory includes founding his own company as an indoor air quality consultant, aiding commercial office building owners in addressing employee health concerns by identifying and rectifying building system deficiencies. Since 1996, his focus has shifted to commercial buildings, boasting significant expertise in HVAC systems, gained during his time at Trane and Comfort Systems. In 2019, Daniel pivoted to commercial real estate, where his drive, motivation, and diverse background make him

exceptionally suited to meet the varied requirements of his clients.

An active participant in professional circles, Daniel has contributed as a Board member for BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and AAFAME (Austin Association of Facility and Maintenance Engineers). Currently, he is involved with CTCAR (Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors) and the CCIM Institute’s Central Texas Chapter, chairing the Education Committee.

Outside of work, Daniel delights in preparing gourmet meals for loved ones, enjoys golfing (with a touch of humor about his skills), and cherishes time spent with his wife.
