Hank Skonieczny is a Broker Assistant at Commercial Industrial Properties (CIP), supporting brokerage teams across industrial, land, office, and retail transactions throughout Central Texas. As an Austin native, Hank has a strong understanding of the local market and the factors driving growth and development across the region.

Hank graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. His academic background provided him with valuable knowledge of commercial real estate principles, financial analysis, investment strategy, and market dynamics. Leveraging both his education and familiarity with the Austin area, Hank is committed to providing exceptional support to brokers and delivering a high level of service to clients.

Outside of work, Hank enjoys spending time with friends and family and is passionate about golf, hunting, fishing, boating, and football. He values building relationships and appreciates the outdoor lifestyle that Central Texas has to offer.
