Bob Springer is a founding Principal of Commercial Industrial Properties and specializes in industrial and office leasing/sales and land development. He has a comprehensive understanding of local market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory factors that allow for more informed financial analyses, enabling the identification of lucrative opportunities or potential risks. Bob is a Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designee and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), two prestigious designations that demonstrate his expertise and commitment to the commercial real estate industry. Bob’s extensive knowledge and experience, combined with his professional designations, make him an asset to his clients.

Bob is the broker of record for Commercial Industrial Properties, LLC. He has served on the Texas Realtors (TR) Commercial Committee and a past President of CTCAR. He is a member of SIOR Austin/Central Texas and CCIM Central Texas, the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and Texas Realtors (TR). Prior to forming Commercial Industrial Properties, Bob spent six years with two different brokerages. Before brokerage, Bob spent 13 years as an Economic Developer, which helps his clients in their relocations efforts and site selection processes. He’s also able to assist his client with incentive negotiations.

Born in Houston but with family ties to Austin, Bob graduated from Texas State with a Master’s in Business Administration. He is passionate about his volunteer organizations, including the Celebration Church and MANUP. In his free time, Bob enjoys the outdoors with his wife and 5 kids, whether that’s hunting, fishing, or camping.
