Darron Saenz

Darron Saenz is a Broker Assistant at Commercial Industrial Properties (CIP), supporting brokerage teams across office, industrial, land, and retail transactions throughout Central Texas. He assists with market research, property analysis, transaction coordination, marketing, and client communications while working alongside brokers to provide exceptional service to clients.

Originally from McAllen, Texas, Darron moved to Austin to attend The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business. Through his education and hands-on experience in commercial real estate, he has developed a strong foundation in market analysis, business development, and client service.

Outside of work, Darron enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out, watching football, traveling, and exploring Austin. He is passionate about building relationships and looks forward to growing his career in commercial real estate.
