CIP Principal

Evan Bole, CCIM, is a commercial real estate advisor specializing in retail, commercial land, and mixed use development throughout Austin and Central Texas. He advises developers, retailers, investors, landowners, REITs, and business owners on acquisitions, leasing, site selection, and development strategy throughout the project lifecycle. A Senior Associate at CIP and an Austin native, Evan brings fullservice expertise across retail leasing, tenant representation, commercial land brokerage, investment sales, and site selection.

Evan combines institutional-grade financial underwriting with demographic research, retail void analysis, trade area analysis, and local market intelligence to help clients identify opportunities, reduce risk, and make more informed commercial real estate decisions. His data-driven approach allows clients to evaluate opportunities with greater confidence before capital is committed. His experience includes retail centers, mixed-use developments, commercial land, redevelopment opportunities, restaurant sites, convenience store sites, and investment properties throughout Central Texas.

Evan earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2023, a globally recognized credential for expertise in investment strategy, financial analysis, and market insight. He serves on the Executive Board of the CCIM Central Texas Chapter as Treasurer and is on the officer track to serve as Chapter President in 2028. He is also a member of CREDA (the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, formerly NAIOP), where he completed the Developing Leaders program.

Evan holds a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, reading, staying active, and spending time at his family’s ranch in Central Texas.
