As the Director of Retail at CIP, Phil Morris brings over 11 years of experience and a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market. Phil has successfully overseen numerous transactions in retail, special uses, and flex/industrial spaces, demonstrating a keen ability to identify and capitalize on market trends. His expertise in strategic planning, tenant representation, and landlord services has consistently resulted in optimized leasing strategies and high client satisfaction.

Known for a client-centric approach, Phil excels in crafting tailored, data-driven solutions that meet the unique needs of each client—whether it’s finding the perfect retail location, repurposing spaces for special uses, or navigating the complexities of commercial property acquisitions and dispositions.

Outside of work, Phil pursues his passion for music by playing in several bands and is a dedicated Austin FC fan. Above all, he values family time with his wife, Lora, and their two boys, Miles and Hayes, which he believes contributes to a well-rounded perspective on both professional and personal life.
