Preston Gertner is a Broker Assistant at CIP with a strong passion for commercial real estate. A graduate of the University of Texas, he brings enthusiasm, precision, and a keen eye for detail to every project. From market research to transaction coordination, Preston enjoys supporting the fast-paced world of commercial real estate and watching how the built environment shapes communities.

Outside of work, he enjoys walking around Austin’s ever-changing neighborhoods, socializing with friends, and staying active by playing pick-up basketball and tennis.
