ROBBY EAVES, CCIM

Robby Eaves is a founding Principal of Commercial Industrial Properties. His primary focus is on mission critical site selection, specialized development projects, site selection for tenants and users, and commercial investment acquisitions and dispositions. He has been a trusted mentor and leader to many real estate professionals in Central Texas.

Prior to forming CIP, Robby spent four years as a Senior Vice President at Retail Solutions (now Resolut RE) and six years at NAI Austin and REOC Austin. He brings a vast understanding across market sectors, having previously owned businesses in manufacturing and logistics, as well as in the food and beverage industry.

Robby is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), having earned his pin in 2015 and completed his term of 2020 President of CCIM Central Texas where he still sits as a member of the board of directors. He is an active member of the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR), the Austin Chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association (AREAA), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and NAIOP, where he serves on the programs committee. He also serves on the Opportunity Austin Business Retention and Expansion Council.

Robby was elected to the CCIM Institute Board of Directors for the 2024–2026 term and is serving his second year on the CCIM Governance Committee. He previously served as the 2024 Chair of Marketing for the CCIM Institute and as the 2023 Regional Vice President for the CCIM Institute's Region 4, overseeing seven CCIM Chapters in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. He also completed a 2022 appointment to the Ward Center for Real Estate Studies of the CCIM Institute, where the team developed continuing educational offerings.

Robby is a long-time resident of Austin, having set roots in 1997. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, outdoor activities, entertaining friends, and spending time with his wife and their two children.
